This is a very comprehensive inspection, covering workers compensation and medical records!** Even if your company thoroughly complies with OSHA standards, it can still end up paying thousands of dollars in fines if it falls short in record keeping! OSHA’s new record keeping rule, 29 CFR 1904, with current changes as of 2010 will effect 1.4 million businesses in the United States. This workshop will be offered to examine the new, as well as the existing requirements, regarding OSHA’s new record keeping requirements.
