This hands-on course builds on the conecepts introduced in QuickBooks I and introduces physical inventory and sales tax, setting up and using Quickbooks for payroll, and dealing with the other accounts sometimes found on balance sheets. The estimating and time tracking features are explored, as is the use of classes to categorize data. Participants will also learn how to make general journal entries, customize Quickbooks reports, create custom templates, and close the books.
Prerequisites: Computer experience and basic accounting knowledge.
Classes will be held at the main campus of Northeast Texas Community College - Business & Technology Room 110.
