NxLevel for Entrepreneurs is designed for entrepreneurs who want to expand an existing business and need to develop the skills required to manage growth. It's been proven that the entrepreneur who plans is the entrepreneur who succeeds. Therefore, this course will teach participants to develop a comprehensive business plan that will serve as a road map for smart, profitable growth. This interactive, college-level course allows you to:
- Develop the skills required to manage growth.
- Focus strategically on each aspect of your business.
- Develop business plans, goals, objectives and mission statements.
- Understand market and industry research and effective marketing techniques such as branding, promotional tools and media tools.
- Understand what your financial records are telling you and how to plan for financial and budgetary concerns.
