The Government Contracting Center Small Business Development Center was established to help small businesses compete successfully in the government marketplace. For numerous years we have assisted North Texas companies create jobs, foster economic diversity and become successful contractors with local, state and federal governments. Located within the Bill J. Priest Institute we provide an array of services that include one-on-one counseling and support with procurement support services.

The federal government offers several incentive programs for purchasing from Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business (SDB), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business Concerns (HUBZone) and Service-disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), therefore we help our clients obtain required certifications to be considered for these incentives.
